SAN FRANCISCO--Boltive, a technology company focused on ensuring safe and compliant digital experiences, has named Pamela Slea as its first President.

A recognized executive leader in the AdTech sector, Slea brings more than 20 years of experience to this role, having led teams at several pioneering companies—including Google, Criteo, AppNexus, Index Exchange and InMobi.

Slea joins Boltive during a time of major industry change. Digital ad security, consumer privacy and even traditional cybersecurity are all beginning to converge under one banner—digital compliance.

Boltive’s recently launched Software Suite was built with this convergence in mind, and Slea’s leadership reinforces the Company’s position as a leader in this space.

“Pamela is an innovator and she’s known for her ability to set winning strategies and scale operations in rapidly moving markets,” said Boltive CEO Matt Kennedy, who recently took on the role from the departing CEO Dan Frechtling. “Together, we’re ready to lead the way into the future of digital compliance.”

“Boltive is building tools for a world where AdOps, Privacy Compliance and Cybersecurity teams must learn to collaborate more effectively and efficiently,” added Slea. “I believe this world is already emerging, and I’m very excited to join this innovative team.”
